Using the ExeDFAS website

Getting the best from the website, and the matter of copyright

This website is designed to enable you to get a clear idea of what ExeDFAS is all about and, if you are not already a member, to think about joining us.

If you are a member, the site will, in conjunction with the newsletters and the Powerpoint slideshows at the monthly lectures, help to keep you in touch with what is going on.  We hope you will contribute by sending us photos of ExeDFAS activities, so that we can, space permitting, let others see them on the website. You will also, in the members section, be able to download application forms for events.

Links to other websites

A particular feature that everyone may find valuable is the presence of links against many of the subject headings. In most cases these will a take you to a relevant website where you can research the particular subject in greater depth. Some pages also enable you to open Google directly.  These links will open in a new window, so to return to the ExeDFAS site just close the window.

Navigating

We hope that you find that navigating the site is clear and simple using the buttons on the left or links from the main pages.  Labels appear when you hover your cursor on the links and many of the pictures.

Whilst the links to other websites such as www.nadfas.org.uk will open in a new window and returning to this website is achieved by closing the window, if the link is to another page on this site you can return to the page you were on by using the back button on your browser, or use the main menu options displayed on the left of the page.
